degree in Communication, and a graduate of Starkville High
School. He and his family live in Brandon,

Woman's World, and Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine. A
former Air Force captain and IBM systems engineer, he won
the 2007 Derringer Award for short mystery fiction and has
been nominated
three times for the Pushcart Prize. |

and raised in Natchez, Mississippi, Jim Ritchie is
retired after stints as an army officer, computer
salesman and consulting firm owner. A graduate of
Ole Miss, Jim is an avid outdoorsman who has always
loved a good story. He and his wife Perry, an
accomplished artist and a fellow Mississippi native,
live in the community of Shocco, Mississippi. |
